​Over my three years working at Sports Basement I introduced standards of digital accessibility to our online presence and honed our user experience online. I designed the blog from scratch, researched and implemented new software including the search engine, product wish list and calendar applications.  My forte was stress testing new software applications to see how they would work in our digital ecosystem, always putting our customers first to optimize the user experience and push online conversions. My designs were functional and scalable enough to serve the company to this day. If you see it, I probably designed it!
